Why Buy Our Beef?
It's simple. All our beef is bred, born and raised on our ranch in North Central Oklahoma. Our beef is grass-fed and grain finished on a corn-ration for 90 days. Lim-Flex cattle are very muscular, which results in very lean meat. Our beef grades out at 90/10. We do not use growth hormones or anything unnatural in our beef.
Our cattle are processed at a federally-inspected USDA facility, which means your product is processed and packaged safely. All beef is dry-aged for 21 days for added tenderness and flavor and vacuum sealed for freshness.
